1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing from Hot Girl Glow Up Club by ANNEKABEEE, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or purchase our products or services.

2. Digital Products

• Delivery & Access:

  • Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the digital product (e.g., eBooks, guides, etc.) through a download link or access instructions sent to your email.

  • Please note that digital products are delivered instantly and are available for download immediately after purchase.​

• Right of Withdrawal for Digital Products:

  • You have the right to withdraw from the purchase of digital products within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not yet accessed or downloaded the product.

  • By purchasing digital products, you expressly agree to waive your right of withdrawal as soon as you begin to access or download the digital product. If you buy, access or download the product, you lose the right to cancel the purchase.

• ​Refunds & Returns for Digital Products:

  • Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are only possible if the product is faulty or not as described. Once a product has been bought, downloaded or accessed, no refunds will be issued.

3. Online Coaching & Mentoring Services

• Service Format:

  • Our coaching sessions are conducted online via video conferencing tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, or another mutually agreed-upon platform.

  • Coaching sessions focus on personal growth and development. The outcome of these sessions is dependent on individual efforts and is not guaranteed.

• Right of Withdrawal for Coaching & Mentoring Services:

  • Consumers have the right to withdraw from the coaching service purchase within 14 days from the purchase date.

  • If you cancel within the 14-day withdrawal period and have not yet attended any coaching sessions, you will receive a full refund.

  • If the coaching sessions have already begun (i.e., you’ve attended the first session of a coaching or mentoring session package), the right of withdrawal is void.

  • You can exercise your right of withdrawal by notifying us in writing an email to hey@annekabeee.com within the 14-day period.

• Scheduling & Rescheduling of Sessions:

  • After purchasing a coaching package or session, you will be provided with instructions to schedule your session(s) via email.

  • You may also schedule your sessions via the calendar tool on our website. All sessions are scheduled in Central European Time (CET/CEST).

  • You can reschedule a session at no extra charge if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

  • Cancellations made after this time frame or missed appointments will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

• Coaching & Mentoring Package Refunds:

  • Coaching & Mentoring packages are non-refundable once the first session has been held, as the service has already been provided.

  • If you cancel your package purchase within 14 days and before the first session, you will be refunded in full.

• Application Review & Acceptance:

  • All applications for coaching sessions are reviewed. We reserve the right to reject applications at our discretion without providing reasons. This ensures that the services provided are suitable for both parties.

4. Payment & Billing

• Payment Terms:

  • Payment for all services (including coaching & mentoring packages) and digital products must be made in full at the time of purchase.

  • For coaching & mentoring packages, payment is due in advance.

  • Prices for coaching services and digital products are listed in EURO (€). We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

• Pricing Changes:

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time. However, these changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.

5. Privacy & Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your personal information. By purchasing from us, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and store your data.

• Your personal data will only be used for processing orders, providing services, and communication about your coaching sessions and products.

• We make no guarantees regarding the results from the use of coaching services or digital products, as individual results may vary based on effort and personal circumstances.

• In the event of any dispute, we aim to resolve issues amicably. If a resolution cannot be found, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Germany.

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Germany. By purchasing from us, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of German courts for any disputes.
