DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Delivery Format:

All digital products, such as eBooks, workbooks, guides, and freebies are delivered electronically.

Upon successful payment, you will receive an email with a download link or access instructions for your digital product.
Delivery Timeline:

Digital products are available for download immediately after purchase.

If you do not receive the email with your product link within 1 hour, please check your spam folder or contact us at hey@annekabeee.com for assistance.
Access Duration:

Download links or access to digital products are valid for 30 days. Please ensure you download and save the file(s) within this period.

ONLINE COACHING & MENTORING SERVICES
Service Format:

Coaching and mentoring sessions are conducted online via platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, or other agreed-upon virtual meeting tools.

Scheduling:

E-Mail Scheduling: After purchasing a session or package, you will immediately receive an email with instructions to schedule your session.

Direct Scheduling via Calendar Tool: You can also schedule your coaching session(s) directly through the calendar tool on our website. Simply select the available time slot that works best for you.

For packages, scheduling will be done in advance or as mutually agreed upon between you and your coach.

Application Review:

All applications for coaching sessions are reviewed and may be rejected in individual cases without the need to provide reasons. We reserve the right to decline applications based on various factors to ensure the best fit for both parties.
Delivery Timeline:

Sessions are delivered on the agreed-upon dates and times.

Standard Time Zone: All sessions are scheduled in Central European Time (CET/CEST). Please ensure you adjust for time zone differences if you're located outside of Germany / Europe.

Missed Appointments:

If you cannot attend a scheduled session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. Missed sessions without prior notice are not eligible for rescheduling.
