1. No Refunds on Digital Products
All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.

Once a digital product has been bought, accessed, downloaded, or delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds may only be issued in the following situations:

ONLINE COACHING & MENTORING SERVICES

We strive to provide a clear and transparent refund and cancellation policy for our coaching services, in compliance with German consumer protection laws. Please read the terms below carefully.

Right of Withdrawal:

For coaching sessions or packages purchased online, customers are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase.

If you request to begin coaching sessions within this 14-day withdrawal period, you will lose your right of withdrawal.

Coaching & Mentoring Packages (One or Multiple Sessions):

Coaching & Mentoring Packages, including those with 1 or more sessions, must be paid in full before the first session.

Refund Policy for Packages (Multiple Sessions):

After the first session of the package is completed, the whole package becomes non-refundable.

If you choose not to continue with the remaining sessions, no refund will be issued for unused sessions.

This policy is clearly outlined and agreed upon during the booking process.

Coaching & Mentoring Sessions:

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session will be eligible for a rescheduling at no additional cost.

Cancellations after this period or missed appointments without prior notice will not be eligible for a free rescheduling and the full amount of the session will be charged.
Cancellation by Coach:

If we must cancel a session for any reason, you will have the option to reschedule the session or receive a full refund for that session.
Rescheduling Policy:
You may reschedule individual sessions within a package by providing at least 24 hours notice.
Terms & Conditions Agreement:
By purchasing coaching services, you confirm your acceptance of our refund and cancellation policies outlined here and in our Terms & Conditions.
